This site is a showcase for ETNO fresh. There is no cart and no payment here: you send a request, and our manager gets in touch to discuss the details.

The pieces are made and sold by Marina Vilisova, registered as self-employed under the Russian professional income tax. Tax ID 744811177949, Chelyabinsk. Contact: hello@etnofresh.ru.

Every price on the site is indicative. The final price depends on the materials, the finishing and the complexity of the work. The manager confirms it before work begins and it is fixed in writing.

Send a request through the form on the site, on WhatsApp or on Telegram. The manager will confirm the model, the size or your measurements, the fabric and the timing. An order is accepted once you have confirmed the specification and the price.

Any piece can be made to your measurements. Measurements are taken following the manager's instructions or at the showroom by appointment. Production takes from two weeks, depending on the finishing.

Payment is arranged with the manager directly. After payment you receive a receipt issued through the Russian tax service app, which confirms the purchase. The site does not accept payments and never asks for card details — do not enter them in any form on this site.

Ready-made pieces can be returned or exchanged under Russian consumer protection law. Pieces made to individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Fabric colour on a screen can differ from the real thing. Hand finishing makes every piece slightly different — that is a property of handwork, not a defect.
