This policy explains how ETNO fresh handles the personal data of visitors to this site. By submitting the request form you agree to these terms.

The data controller is Marina Vilisova, registered as self-employed, ETNO fresh, Chelyabinsk, Russia. Tax ID 744811177949. Questions about data handling: hello@etnofresh.ru.

Only what you enter yourself: your name, a phone number or email, a comment on the request and the made-to-measure checkbox. We do not collect or ask for identity documents, payment details or health information.

To answer your request and discuss the piece, the fabric, the measurements and the timing. We do not use the data for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it by writing to hello@etnofresh.ru. After withdrawal the data is deleted, except what we are required by law to keep.

Requests reach our manager on Telegram and are copied to email. The site runs on a hosting provider's servers. Data is not shared with anyone else, except where the law directly requires it.

For as long as the conversation about your request continues, and one year after it ends, so we can return to your order if needed. Then it is deleted.

The site uses technical cookies only: without them the language switch and basic browser settings do not work. There are no analytics systems and no advertising trackers on this site.

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@etnofresh.ru and we will reply within thirty days.
